EMBERA INDIGENOUS VILLAGE TOUR
We will depart from Hotel, arrive at Chagres National Park, at the Corotu area, where we board the hand made dugout canoe. We will arrive at one of the Embera Village to enjoy their way to live and their culture. The Embera Group is one of the seven indigenous socials groups located in the Republic of Panama. They live close to rivers due to their activities as fishing, hunting and farming.
Package Details
During our visit, additional to interacting with the village people joining in their dances and cultural talk explaining the way of life. A traditional meal consisting of fried fish and plantain will be offered. Complementing this meal there will be delicious fruits of the season. If the weather permits we can go to a beautiful waterfall for a swim. This way to the waterfall requires good physical conditions.
